PBA is excited to announce its Beauty Business Career Accelerator Series, designed to provide junior stylist in the beginning of their salon career with the profound educational resources required to create a thriving and lifelong professional beauty career.

Join us for a full, jam-packed, day of interactive education that will focus on career growth and tools for success, goal setting and maximizing the client experience. The first half of each program will reflect Artist Standards, including goal setting, career development, and how to deliver results. The second half will focus on how to apply those goals within the salon to achieve career success and touch on important topics like consultation, client experience, rebooking, retention, increasing ticket price, and product and service recommendations. Each event will close with interactive activities in which participants will network with educators, participate in technical demonstrations with regional celebrities, and hear from distributors and other industry pros.
